Gerard Services, Inc. has been in business since 1997.  The team is managed by a group of collection industry professionals seasoned in the area of collection law.

We only work with creditors, debt sellers and brokers  who are fully compliant with industry regulations and who are prepared to provide complete documentation for each and every account sold.  

 

Although Gerard Services owns debt, we do not have direct contact with debtors or their attorneys. Rather, we refer these individuals to one of the law firms that represent us in these matters to ensure that all accounts are handled professionally and within the law.
